I needed a wing mirror replacing urgently as I had a long journey to undertake and somebody had stolen my mirror. Click mechanic made the process simple and the mechanic who turned up was knowledgeable and friendly. The work cost less than the quote so i got a partial refund too. Very honest. I will definitely use them again x

I am ultimately slightly disappointed with the work done. While he picked up some things that were not working / missing, such as the power point, other things I now realise have been missed, such as the rear window switch not working and the garage where I bought the car saying he never reviewed the paperwork / service history of the car. He also didn't report that there was only one key with the car.

Ultimately based on his report I was able to get a far longer warranty with the car than I would have without his report.

Got my car going again but I felt like he maybe took longer than necessary to get an extra hour's payment and charging the same rate for the second hour is far too much considering that he's not going to be using any time/fuel in that hour to get to me. I wish I earn over £40 an hour! He was quite good at explaining what was wrong with the car at the end though even though I felt like he was holding something back and couldn't offer any possible reasons why it had gone wrong.
