Ross contacted me the day I posted the job and came to my address the next working day. Great communication all round. He assessed the fault and resolved the issue with a much cheaper and easier fix than I was expected as I'd been told by a large garage that I needed the whole steering column changed. Someone else could have very easily pushed me into getting work done that I didn't need! Would easily recommend Ross and I will use him again when needed.
