Ross was punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. My "slot" was between 12 and 2 and I received a text from him at 12 to advise that he would be with me within 30 minutes - and he was. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got on with it. As a "senior" lady I felt totally at ease with Ross, his work and the advice he gave. 10 out of 10!
