Carried out repair that wasn't needed, charging us almost £800. Car broke down again, with original issue, within 10 minutes of car being returned to us. Then charged an additional £100. Incompetent and untrustworthy

Feedback for ClickMechanic - I showed that the car was available for the repair between 8am and 4pm. The mechanic wasn't aware of this - he wanted to return the car at 6pm. This was ok - but we had to make alternative arrangements for transport between 4pm and 6pm.

Sai was really good , fixed the clutch and oil leak and delivered back . He was also very friendly.

Rude lady to came pick the car up and wouldn’t speak properly was in some sort of attitude, when my car came back it had red paint scratches on it which won’t come off, when the car went for work it was starting/driving fine without any issues the start up was smooth but now every time i start the car it starts very rough and the whole car starts shaking i need this sorted asap these people have messed up my car.

Great service my vehicle was collected the same day as the booking and the MOT was completed in good time plus a couple of things that needed done were taken care of then the vehicle was delivered back to me all within hours Perfect

Good communication, prompt and came earlier than expected. 3rd time using click mechanic and will continue to use again. Having car collected at home takes hassle out of finding a garage and dropping off and picking up. Had MOT and full service by Sia Garage would recommend and lovely chap collected and dropped off car and called before and after.
