The team were efficient, great level and service and we got exact what we paid for! Will be using them again and again!

The brakes and brake fluid were done but I don't think the wheel alignment was done. The car still wobbles on road surfaces. Secondly, they overbooked themselves as my car was delivered late. I do blame click mechanic partly for this as the times for delivery was not adviced to the garage. I appreciate the lady who collected and delivered my car as she went out of her way to do so. Secondly, she delivered the message I wanted her to, and got called by the garage manager to discuss my request.

I was told a time they were coming to collect my car in the morning and then it kept changing, I didn't mind this at first but then they collected my car said it would be with me for 4-4:30pm and then I got a phone call to say can they deliver my car back to me at 8-8:30pm (as the garage was so far away, but why accept a job if it wasn't close). I said no as I needed my car back asap as I'm pregnant and needed my car to do shopping. Finally I got my car back at 7:30. I didn't need to use my A/C at this time as it was evening and was cooler. Van was picked up on time at 9am, I hadn’t heard anything from the garage so at 3pm I had to phone to find out what time my van was being brought back. I was told it wouldn’t be back until 7pm. I was not expecting for the van to gone all day for a half hour job. I also have a tracker fitted on my van and at 2.50pm they moved my van out of there garage and on to the road a few roads away. When I phoned to find out what time the van would be back I asked where the van was for him to say it was outside, when I explained I had a tracker fitted so I knew the van had been parked a few roads away he apologise and said he would move it back to the garage (which he did). Brilliant - nice guy who collected, and mechanic at the end corrected part of the the diagnoses that a Citroen dealer had wrongly given!

Unfortunately not a good process fixed something that had nothing to do with the reason I needed my car fixed car was Jenkins because air was getting the engine got it fixed from another mechanic instantly which was the rocker cover fraction of the price also not happy at all

The mechanic and garage were amazing! Great communication, helpful and would highly recommend.
