Charlie Court was punctual (he called me when he left his home to give me an ETA), he worked diligently throughout the day, at all times he was happy to explain the work he was undertaking and took the time to show me the issues he was correcting. Professional, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for both his helpful demeanour and his work ethic.

Charlie Court arrived on time as schedule to undertake the work that Click Mechanic had suggested needed to be done. He replaced the starter motor as instructed by Click Mechanic BUT this was not the problem and the car still does not start.
Charlie was very concerned as he did not have the time or the equipment to investigate further. He was surprised that Click Mechanic did not arrange an Inspection to be done before scheduling the work then this situation would not have arisen.
I raised my concerns with Click Mechanic but was unable to speak to anyone and the auto response on the website stated that the customer and the mechanic need to come to an agreement even though the problem was not created by us but by Click Mechanic.
Full payment was collected by Click mechanic although the work the recommended and charged for did not resolve the problem. Read more
