He was a little late but did the job , quick clean and tidy would recomend. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Pointing out another belt that will need replacing in few months

All Communication received implied a Shaun would be my chosen mechanic and I could review his rating score, which was re-assuring. However a young Chris turned up to carry out the repair, but I knew nothing of his work rating. No need for concern because even though Chris was very quiet he carried out the repair within the time scale and on completion gave me a brief update on what he had done. His work was thorough and clean, so I was pleased with overall performance and standard of repair.

Got on with the job, did it in a very reasonable time frame, was very polite, tidied away when finished, great!

Shaun gave the impression throughout that he knew exactly what he was doing and precisely how to approach my problem. He gave a definite impression of quiet confidence and competence. He is the sort of person who can be left alone to complete the job conscientiously, thoroughly and in good time. Shaun, in my personal opinion, scores very well because he underplays his image and abilities: he is emphatically NOT one of the loud and super-confident types who draws attention to how brilliant (ha!) he thinks he is.

Shaun/Donna was great work completed ok but it didn't get done until Wednesday as clickmechanic sent the wrong parts to Shaun/Donna . So not happy with click mechanics parts department
