Shaun and his younger colleague were punctual, efficient and most pleasant. They carried out the job very effectively and gave good sound advice concerning the running of the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone having maintenance problems on a vehicle.

Shaun was polite respectful and as helpful as possible but neither job cd be completed so not that satisfactory. Wrong part for window which needs a manufacturers part so understandable but Shaun said bulb replacement needed removal of bumper etc and was time consuming job and yet Halfords changed it in under 5 minutes.

Shaun is a nice man and friendly. I can't fault his work although he was not able to complete the job which I am unhappy about paying for. I think a review of my debt would be an idea for good wills sake

At the end of the day it was a fanbelt and tensioniser which should have been completed although I do realise that there was difficulty getting the correct belt. Perhaps a bit of refund would be inorder for my inconvenience and stress. I believe I have paid around £320 or thereabouts which I feel is very high for what I have received.
