Rob called when he was 30 minutes away to let me know when he would be arriving. Methodically diagnosed the potential problem with my car and explained what he thought was the issue and why. This diagnostic was promptly followed by a competitively priced quote for remedial works.

Couldn’t get in contact with him easily. Caused two more problems with my car. Fixed one of them. Refused the other problem, apparently nothing to do with him. Took it to another garage where they confirmed it was his faulty. After asking for a refund of the amount extra I had to pay, accused me of tampering with the car. Clickmechanic will not do anything. Would not recommend at all, bad repair and bad customer service. Not happy at all with the work carried out.
