The mechanic was lovely, he picked my car up and bought it back the same day. Phoned me to let me know he was on his way, and after the MOT to let me know how it got on. When he got it off the rams he noticed a problem, that he fixed there and then. Will happily use him again.

Rob was great. He explained things well and helped alleviate my MOT anxiety on the day! I was surprised and reassured to find my car needed only one minor repair to pass and they charged a very fair price for the work. There were a few issues in that the MOT happened a day late due to some technical problems and then the repair was slowed due to an issue with the part, but in fairness these were not things that could be helped and on the whole the communication and handling of the situation was good. They didn't leave me hanging. I would definitely use RLC again.
