Scott was hopeless - he turned up late for our first appointment so I was not able to stay home and see the work carried out. A service was supposed to be completed but the service light was still showing after Scott left.

2 further appointments were scheduled to complete additional work but Scott di not make it to either of them.

Communication has been almost non-existant and the whole experience has been truly awful

Scott was friendly and knowledgeable- went above and beyond to sort out the oil leak.

Scott was amazing - I needed a new starter motor and I wasn’t able to take it to a garage, Scott was able to come out that same day and replace it for a much cheaper price then most garages were asking for! He was so easy to get hold of and sends you everything you need to know about your repair, I will definitely be recommending him and if I have any issues in the future he will be the first person I’ll call!

Great thank you - very happy! MOT and service done without having to leave the house. Initial MOT failed but Scott replaced the bulb it failed on and had it retested so it passed!
