He was running late and me being an ex delivery driver, I know first hand you can’t predict traffic. Knocking stars off the guy for being late which I read on previous feedback for that same day, it’s unjust in my opinion. The guy explained to me he was running late due to a lorry fire on the M25, totally not his fault and he then kept me updated on his arrival time. He could well of said it’s to late now, but no, he turned up and he did most of the service in the dark.
To me, that means more than anything, that despite working a long day, stuck on the M25 for goodness how long, he still had the professionalism to carry out the job I had booked him for. If it was possible to give an extra star to make up for the stars he lost for not being punctual, I would. God knows what time he actually made it home, but I’m guessing it was past 11pm.
I can’t comment on the actual job because I have yet to drive the car. I was due to travel this morning but was unable to due to some personal stuff, but I’m sure Scott did a throughly decent job.

This is now the second time I have used Click-mechanic and I can’t fault either of the mechanics that have turned up. I have no problem using this service again but hopefully not in the near future, if you know what I mean! Read more

Booked Scott to diagnose a fault in 2013 Peugeot 208. Was professional throughout and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and quickly identified oil leak and remedial works. I have tried to book Scott again to do the work following the Clickmechanic instructions but am currently unsure if I am been successful. It needs to be easier to book the same mechanic again via the Clickmechanic system, when you find someone you feel is trustworthy (as is the case with Scott).
By original mechanic allocation fell through so I am happy Scott picked this case up.

Scott was excellent. He was late but that was not his fault. I didn't let on but I've spent years in racing paddocks and the only reason I didn't do the work myself was that I'm getting old and decrepit.
He did the work in a professional manner, correctly and paid attention to detail that would put a main dealer to shame. Very happy

Scott was great, work was done to a high standard and quickly. Lots of knowledge of the specific vehicle and with all the correct equipment to carry out the work.

Scott was friendly & answered my questions. Unfortunately he was running late so timing was out and his phone died before I got my car back but overall I was very pleased with service and would consider using again.

Knocked off a star because he was a little later than expected, but once here he was friendly, polite and really thorough. Left to get on with it, then talked me through all the work and follow ups required. Will definitely want to use again for future jobs.
