Ahmad and Reading Autos restored my faith in ClickMechanic after the previous guy cancelled on the day of the previous booking. They were very helpful and even picked the car up. On return he insisted I take it for a test drive with him and then showed me photos of the work they had done and the checks made. He went through every point of the checks he made. Really through and a really happy customer. Some of the best customer service I have had from a garage in many, many years.

I wasn’t at home when the mechanics came, my car got through its MOT retest though so all good.

The gentleman were brilliant. Arrived on time, got the job done very quickly, were incredibly polite and also gave good feedback on the car on separate unrelated issues they had spotted.

Better than 10 stars!! Quoted £1200 plus recovery by Vauxhall. Was nervous about Click Mechanic sounded too good to be true.. in this case it wasn’t!! £400 quoted including recovery and free return delivery! From start to finish literally everything was perfect and seemless. Had a slot confirmed for the very next day, had multiple helpful reassuring texts. Driver arrived exactly as said. Perfectly polite and helpful, car was fixed and returned within a few hours. Unbelievable service! If only every business operated as honestly and efficiently as Reading Auto and Click Mechanic. And the price including parts was incredible. And I then received offers for a £25 MOT! I have already recommended other people and will ALWAYS use this service and garage again and again. I booked for my elderly Mum. She was treated with absolute care and kindness. You’ve made what was a nightmare trying to find a garage (all had 2/3 week waiting lists and rip off prices) just as easy as a few quick clicks.
