Ahmad is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. After 3 months using an unreliable mobile mechanic who failed to solve the problem with my clutch, my car was collected and returned the next day. He showed me photos of the worn out parts and the genuine Honda replacements. He texted and called me regularly at every stage of the process. He spent 30 minutes at my home after the car was returned explaining the work that he had done. I was given free expert advice on a fault with my wife's Nissan. I just wish he was located nearer to where I live. If he did, I would never go anywhere else.

I cannot rate Ahmad highly enough - an absolutely outstanding service from the minute he was appointed to carry out the work. He contacted me as soon as the job was allocated to confirm everything that I had asked for and to explain what would happen. He then called me again to discuss options to mitigate a national supply issue for some of the parts. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work very quickly. Best experience I've had as a customer, phoned to discuss the issue and once I was happy, came and collected my car at 14:00 and returned it just after 19:30, it was adual mass flywheel and clutch replacement so it's a big job and all done and dusted within hours, sent a video to outline the work as repairs were being carried out, very polite and respectful definitely would use his team again, all my previous experiences with mechanics had resulted in them being bunch of con jobs, lazy and ignorant.
