David contacted me on the day to advise his arrival time, talked through the cars glow plug fault and recommended the best approach to resolve the issue. Work was completed quickly, issue resolved and error fault cleared. Advised on a potential gearbox noise issue which I'll be taking to my transmission garage to check - I heard a noise didn't know what it was. Highly Recommended.

Quality: He left the sump cover unfixed down when he changed the oil carlessly and it was damaged whilst driving along the road. caused damage to my sump cover as it dragged along the road. I had to get under the vehicle and wire tie the remainder of the sump cover to the bumper. I might as well have done the job myself.
Punctuality: Made some excuse for not turning up on the appointed day. When he eventually came the following day he said the pollen filter hadn't been put in the kit so he had to come back again and apparently fitted it as the car was unlocked.
Communication: Not great. He didn't tell me when he'd finished.
He could even have sent a quick message or phoned

Hi. I can only apologise for the undertray of the car coming lose. As I had explained to you when I was doing the service most of the bolts that originally held it up where snapped before I touched it. And had advised you that it may come lose as there wasn't much holding it in place. I had cable tied parts that I could get to to try and secure it. As for the pollen filter I can only apologise again the suppliers gave me the wrong one to begin with as there are two choices for your vehicle, sadly I can't carry every part that fits this sadly was unavoidable on my part. I attended at 8 am the next morning as we agreed I tried phoning and knocking on your door causing the dogs to bark when I arrived but no answer to either.
I noticed the car was unlocked so assumed you had left it open as you might have been busy or out. Before I left again I tried knocking on the door and phoning to say the job was completed but again no answer. Again I apologise you feel this way regarding the service you received.
