Ford Transit Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

david fitted the starter motor and could not resolve charged another £77 still never fixed will not be using again or recommend

Hi Charles. The first job you put through was for a starter motor which you said had been previously diagnosed and were happy to have the new fitted. Which I did.
Once fitted the van still did not turn over. To which I said we would need to come back and do further diagnostics. Which I came back and done and gave you the diagnosis that the ecu/immobiliser is causing the issue which I said I didn't have to tools required to go any further and reccomened you take it to an auto electrician that would be able to assist you further.
I appreciate you may not be happy that the van still isn't running.
But the jobs you asked me to complete were complete as per the job descriptions. The last job was a diagnostics which was done and the outcome was sadly something I could not repair.
As for the communication and punctuality stars I was always intouch with you even when I had to amend the time of the booking. And I explained every part of the job as I was going to give you a better understanding all of which you were happy with at the time.
