Yes he contacted to say he'd be late as he had to pick up the radiator in Wembley. When he fixed it he explained what he had done and plan forward. Hopefully, it doesn't break down again.

Very friendly and polite. Was great at communicating how long it would be until he arrived and explained what he was doing. Once he had finished the work he showed me the clutch he had replaced and explained what was wrong with it.
