The mechanics were ok but very basic understanding. Having said that the work they did was great everything works a lot better now. Thanks

The two men were great - fast , efficient and on time the work on my car was done great

Excellent service throughout. Communication before pick up was made and the mechanic arrived at the time stated. Work was carried out as planned without any issues. Promptly returning the car in a matter of hours.

They were punctual at picking my car up and my car arrived back sooner than I thought it would

Had a phone call to say the vehicle would have to be recovered, apparently it was a bumper off job to replace the water pump - After arguing with them it wasn’t and there is plenty of room in the engine bay - They came out and realised it wasn’t - Apparently they were looking at the wrong car???
Parked on my neighbours drive despite me asking them not too?!
Charged a priority fee although it didn’t apply as it was 2+ days after booking
Charged £15 for a 500ml top up of coolant then told me to top it up with water

Overall a very bad experience

Very good - punctual, polite and got the job done with minimal fuss and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Aurel-Alin was excellent. Very helpful and knew all about the car and work necessary. He replaced the clutch in one day after collecting and then returning the car. Would not hesitate to contact him again.
