The guys who came were excellent and far better than the breakdown person who came earlier and had no idea of the problem.

Excellent. Diagnosed the problem. But unfortunately needed specialised computerisation. Really nice to find a garage that made an honest assessment and didn’t ‘fob’ me ( as a non- mechanically minded woman) off with unnecessary repairs. Will certainly use the garage again.

The team were fantastic. Priority request made on day one, car collected on day two and returned in the afternoon. Incredible turn around, and brilliant service. Work was to replace snapped rear spring, and the work was faultless.

Mechanics did the job as requested. I paid extra £20 for a speedy call-out but took the guys longer than they thought so had to come back next morning. I could've avoided the extra £20 as repair ended up being completed a day late.
That aside the lads did a good job and I've since been out on a long journey without problem. Many thanks.
