John was pleasant and friendly.
He dealt with my husband by phone when the car failed it's MOT due to brake pads.
John said the brake pads cost £90.20 and labour £70. He had to agree as at time not knowing price of brake pads.
On checking pads used and being able to check price local to John He found he had used one of the cheapest pads going at £25 not £90, this to me is a rip off of the customer

john was very nice and polite , Mot and service carried out, advised on coolant and brake fluid renewal.

John was very thorough in his assessments of the car. Pleasant disposition.

John was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He understood that we first needed to pass the MOT and could then possibly do other unessential work at a later stage, so he was happy to quote for future work.

No issues with John, collected and delivered within the set timeframes. Work appears to be done and he communicated any additional requirements. I would use again.

John phoned initially to say he would be a little early which was fine. There were some issues that needed doing and John telephoned first to see if I wanted the work done with no pressure at all on his part. I said yes to the work and my car was returned as promised by 6 p.m.
Really happy with John and the service I had.
