The second time I have used Click Mechanic for service and MOT. Very straightforward to book. On the day John was on time to collect my car and called the next day to explain the advisories on the MOT which I appreciated. Would recommend.

I think, overall it was really good. Was late collecting, but that's not the end of the world.

Job was done and mot done in same day. Seemed to really care about service and positive reviews and it showed.

Very happy with the service provided by John. He phoned to say when he was coming to collect the car and arrived on time. Once he had the car serviced he called to give a report and detailed any suggested follow-up work needed with prices. The car was returned on time. I would happily recommend them and would use them again.

John was very helpful and extremely polite. He’s a nice man and took good care of my car. New a lot about the car and offered advice on keeping the fuel economy down.

I booked an appointment 8-10am with the website stating 1.4 hours for the service to be complete. A Good option for me as I needed the car for work that afternoon. John the mechanic arrived late to collect my car and told me he has to take it for a 50 mile round trip to his garage In Southampton HON CAR SERVICE LTD at my fuel cost. Then he was
unable to tell me when I would get my car returned to me, so I could get to work. He said before 6pm and wouldn't commit to a real time. Due to this, I had to cancel the appointment and they had the cheek to charge me £40 for the privilege.

What an absolutely disgusting service. That isn't to be trusted.

Just take your car to the local garage and forget these jokers.

John was very polite, friendly and punctual.

I made a booking request at 5pm yesterday, John had accepted the request at 5:30pm with a collection slot of 8am-10am today.

I received a phone call this morning to let me know when he was on his way to collect my car (collected by 8:45am) and I had it returned within a few hours with the work complete (around 12:15pm). Very reasonable for spark plug replacements including free collection and delivery.

John asked that I call him if I had any problems with the work which is nice to know and I'm sure he would've sorted out any issues but I don't have any.

The mechanic (John) was extremely friendly. He collected my Mercedes SUV on time, and left his car on my driveway after asking if it was okay to do so. He serviced my car (full service) and arranged for it to receive an MOT test. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I received a phone call from the garage that he was based at to say that my car passed its test, but had 4 advisory points. I will use the Click Mechanic (John) to carry out the minor work. Overall I am very pleased with the way that the work was carried out.

John collected and returned car, was really pleased with the service Andrew done to my car. Would recommend straight away. Thank you guys
