Originally booked Ian for Good Friday but couldn’t make it due to being stuck on another job so arranged for Wednesday. Diagnostic on the car was completed and I was informed what was potentially going on so I could take this information to a garage. Unfortunately the garage doing the follow up work next week for some reason doesn’t trust the diagnostic (they were pretty blunt about it) and I have to pay them for another, but this isn’t Ian’s fault though as he couldn’t really inspect my clutch on my driveway as it would involve taking half the engine bay out.

Ian turned up punctual and worked solidly on the car . Was polite and explained what was wrong and what had been fixed and what still was needed. Will definitely use again .

My mechanic turned up on time and was professional and polite. He spent some time diagnosing what might me wrong with my car and told me what he thought the issue might be. It wasn't something he could fix. Not being a mechanical but electrical problem.
I was told that Click would be in contact so I could arrange for the repair that had been recommended.. so far no contact.
Overall my experience with click mech was positive but the lack of follow up has been disappointing.

Ian knows his job well and just gets on with the job. Have rebooked him to carry out the vehicles mot & full service. Very happy with his work ethic & attitude however I minor detail to note is he inadvertently drove off with the wife's coffee cup lol which I hope will be returned when he carries out the service & mot.
