Mechanic did diagnosis and advised one thing over the phone but then quoted much bigger job on the website to cover himself. The repair advised was done by another clickmechanic worker but my car still has the same problem. After spending £460 with you I now have to scrap the car. I will never use you again and will warn others.

Hi there I did not quote for a much bigger job the quote system didn't give me the option to quote for one injector and I didn't get the option to do the follow up work which i would of gladly done and if i had then you certainly wouldn't of had to scrap the car I also wasn't given the option to reassess the issue I've had no contact with you at all until this review if you had have contacted me sooner i would have been able to resolve the issue for you. I also don't know if the other mechanic replaced the correct injector or did any testing of his own. This feels like a very unfair review considering this had be diagnosed previously by another technician.
