As the car was taken elsewhere i was a little unsure if it was Faizon who collected the car.
However the guy was very friendly and polite, and on the face of it ,the work carried out was very good, although it transpired a fault developed on the computer the following day in relation to whether the car had enough oil . As my Volvo does not have the traditional dip stick , i am still left uncertain as to whether it was a computer 'glitch' or the car does or does'nt have enough oil in the system. In fairness Faizon suggested he could come back and top up the oil , but today the on screen message had not returned.

Faizan was great, explained everything clearly and was friendly. I'd definitely recommend him.

Very good had problem with a knocking noise on my car for 2 years and he solved the problem where others could'nt very happy and a nice guy.

Faizan was friendly and I believe knowledgable.
The service was completed on time and I was kept informed with updates on the battery which I asked to be replaced, which delayed completion. This was not the fault of the mechanic, the wrong battery was delivered so they had to wait for a replacement.

The whole idea of me using click machanic is that I cane see the service being done on my car . In this case the car was taken away and I had to trust that the work was done ! It ended up me paying according to the invoice £550 for Labour and £110 for parts . Outrageous Labour cost ! .
I have used click for the last 3 services and recommended them ! No more . I feel conned .
