Faisan was great.Communication was very good.Car failed M.O.T.Faisan called and made me aware of what needed doing and got it repaired.Would certainly recommend and would use again.Also had a full service.You get a very detailed report too.Would also like to say a big thanks to Clickmechanic too.

Great mechanic - just half an hour late in the morning and had to call him, hence the low mark on punctuality, but very nice guy, sid a great job and communicated well, and had the car back when promised. Extremely happy!
