BMW 3 Series Coolant/antifreeze drain & refill

Ok.. after looking at the coolant replacement. It was not flushed and it was spilt all over the engine. James was ok with this just wiped it down. Looking at the road after I’m wondering if the engine will see next month.!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback, having looked back over your booking, i can see all that was booked was a coolant drain and refill and no coolant flush was booked, this being the reason it wasn’t flushed. Also as communicated before the coolant change was completed, K seal which is a leak sealer was present in the coolant is near on impossible to remove from the cooling system once used thus it would be present in the new antifreeze. It was also highlighted to you that K seal and coolant was visible throughout the engine bay upon inspection of your car as per my job report and photos.
When completing a coolant change it is inevitable that you will get some over spill into engine bay and on the floor even with the use of drain pans and rags but as with all cars any overspill would be wiped down.
I am disappointed to also see that you have left feedback without contacting me to ask any questions or for my opinion.
In regards to the engine bay i can confirm it was wiped down.

James was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection of my engine bay to locate and diagnose the issue, even though it wasn't immediately apparent where the leak was coming from, and fixed the problem quickly. He talked me through everything and showed me the exact source of the problem, plus he offered advice on what else might need replacing soon and checked other areas that often fail on my car. Cannot recommend him enough!

Absolutely outstanding service from James! He came out to my workplace to fix my car, which was incredibly convenient. Not only did he sort the issue I originally called him for, but he also took the time to check over the whole car and let me know about a few other things that needed attention. He came back the very next day, fixed everything, and even gave the car a full service.
James also gave me some great advice on how to keep the car running smoothly and talked me through getting a warranty for added peace of mind. Super friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using him again.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
