James was very friendly and punctual. Good communication with what time he was arriving and the work that was carried out. Very happy with the work that was carried out, he’d also checked extras to ensure they were all good.

James was very polite, informative and I felt he was honest with his opinion. He did not try to pressure me into anything regarding work to be completed, but suggested actions I could take to try and solve the issue with my car and even recommended me places to go to save money on parts. He was friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, Did the work in half of the quoted time frame.
However despite prevously assuring my wife that if he finished quicker than the time quoted it would be reflected in the price . However we were charged for 4 .10 hours labour at £423.40 when in fact he was only here for 2.05 hours so his labour cost £211.70 per hour which we feel was excessive. We are pensioners on a fixed income and were stretched to afford these ( necessary ) repairs, so not happy.
