I was really impressed with James who helped me with a battery replacement on 23rd December. The work was carried out efficiently, and i was impressed that James also helped with a key access issue after the battery was replaced. James was friendly and professional throughout.

Altogether, a very positive experince and I have no hesitation in using James' services again in the future.
