Simon was terrific! He kept us up to date all along the way with messages and photos of what he was doing! Simon is a very genuine mechanic who is a credit to his profession. He explained things in an understandable way and was very knowledgable about what needed doing and how he was going to do it. He is a very friendly ,trustworthy and honest man! No problem at all with the service from the mechanic. He came to have a look and confirmed pretty much what I know was wrong with the car. Would have like to proceed with repairs if that was an option, I need the car up and running.

Simon was great. Found the problem and showed me how to change my battery when i get it and what size of tools to use.

Car was parked pointing down the drive, myself and 2 by standers pushed the car of the drive over the road in order to gain access with the jump leads, started 1st turn with the jump leads on, left running, run diagnostic to check charging voltage which was 14.20volts, removed jump leads and it continued to run. Advised original battery had lasted 14yrs.. due to the volume of work, was unable to fit new battery today but offered to call another day... glad its sorted. Good result
