Thank you to Simon, great communication. My MOT failed and Simon explained the faults and carried out the repairs quickly for me. I was going away the next day and he had fixed the car in time for me to travel. Which I really appreciated!

Simon was spot on. He diagnosed the faults using a state-of-the-art mobile diagnostic system set up for Mercedes Benz cars.
He was happy to chat and explain what he was doing throughout the diagnostic session - some would be off hand and secretive.
He actually called Mercedes to double check on something.
All fault codes (including old ones) were cleared once the work was completed.
