Paul phoned on the day with eta and arrived on time. He explained the procedure and did the work efficiently. Would highly recommend and use again. Good work 5 star.

Paul is a very friendly and polite chap. The work appears to have been carried out to the expected standard. Unfortunately, in my case it took 3 separate (4 including the issue mentioned below) visits for him to complete my vehicle check, service and replace a faulty sensor.

After the initial visit a strange vibrating sensation occurred when turning the steering wheel. When I told Paul the next day, he came out straight away, which I am grateful for, but he was unable to find the cause or a solution. He did acknowledge it wasn’t there before he worked on my van, but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. In the end I sorted it myself after a little Googling and using YouTube.

All mechanics I have used in the past have arrived with all parts needed for the work required so I was surprised when he told me he needed to pop to euro parts to buy what was need.

I’m sure this is an isolated experience as I have seen all Pauls positive reviews from work done before mine, but as a self employed individual who relies on his van for work this was a less than ideal service. Grateful that his last visit was on a Saturday outside my work hours. Read more

Paul did a great job and was super fast with the repair which enabled me to get to the MOT centre on time.

Couple of delays that couldn't have been avoided but Paul kept me informed throughout and did what he said he'd do! Great bloke! Good, efficient work too!

Paul rang and arrived early. He got straight down to it and diagnosed the problem. Said he would come back the next day to fit the part. Left in a hurry and was a little unclear about time etc. However he did call and arrived the following day to fix the car in around 15 minutes. Overall a good experience. That said, the invoice I received did not break down the work and parts correctly and I am not clear on what warranty I have on the part and the job and who it is with.

Paul was very helpful: he knew that we needed reassurance and was able to talk us through some options before going ahead. He was also very flexible when our car was inadvertenly moved before he arrived: he simply went to the new site. He knew about the possible complications for our clutch change - and is a very clear communicator, which is a plus.
