Couldn't find a problem with my car even though engine management light was on charged a very expensive cost of £101 for a call out and diagnostic. Ended up taking to a local garage who cleared the fault and checked over car and thankfully didn't charge me.

Paul was very friendly went completely out of his way and beyond. We were going away he worked his day off on an sunday to get the job done. Excellent service The work he done was spot on

Paul was very professional and would have been prepared to do the job on the day I originally wanted but as I was away on holiday he agreed to do it the next day I returned. He turned up in the morning and had the job done quickly and efficiently.

What a thoroughly decent person Paul was. Rang me before arriving because he could get to me earlier but wanted to check that was ok. Arrived and immediately got started, confirmed my diagnosis and got on with the repair. Polite, knowledgeable, talked me through the work . The car is now fine but I’m confident of his assurance of a prompt response if anything is not fully ok. I look forward to his assistance should any future work need doing on my car.

Paul was great! He dropped me a message before the appointment to set my expectations, picked up the car from my home and did a perfect job. At the end, he dropped the car back and told me if there are any issues to contact him and he will come back. Perfect service - 10/10!

Paul, was very good talking me through the diagnosis on my BMW X3, he solved the problem
