Sorry you feel this way as explained to you that dpf cleans arnt garrenteed to solve your issues and replacement parts are needed in some cases work was carried out to the highest standard but unfortunately in your case you require a new dpf this was not within the quote only a clean

Gareth arrived 5 mins before his ETA and following a brief introduction and chat got on with the tasks at hand. He replaced 2 front Tyres, both sets of front brake pads and completed a full service in just over 2 hours.
