Mechanic did not respond to my comms. Realised that I'd made a mistake with the booking so immediately contacted to change. Did not respond until I sent a chaser the next day. Asked for a more accurate approximation on the day to which he said yes. On the day I received no communication, I send a text 30 mins before the appointment asking what time he would be there as I live 20 mins from where the car was situated. Car was sold 30 mins into initial appointment time and I had still not heard from my mechanic. Upon telling him it had been sold he said he was on his way to the car. Its hard for me to verify this as he gave me no comms to say he was on his way despite saying he would do so.

Mechanic was great. We were completing works on a commercial site on an area of road closures which he was very patient with us and communicated at all times.

Andrei found the issue quickly and quoted for the fix. Which was cheaper than buying the parts and doing it myself.

Andrei rang to give notice he was on his way. He arrived within the expected time frame and was very polite. Got on with the task and finished without issues. Made me aware to go steady on the new brake discs and pads for the first couple of days. Would be happy to have Andrei back for future work.
