I want my money refunded. Extremely disappointed with service as all I wanted was to get car started. Warren was unable to do it. Warren's explanations were inadequate and the more I thought about him saying it was the timing Chain, the more it didn't seem correct. I kept trying myself and I got the car started on my own without any help. Car had been sitting for 8 months and expected a real mechanic to do much better than me!
