George (the chap who picked up the car) seemed to be quite knowledgable and told me a few quick things about the car.

George was amazing, his communication was great and he really catered to my needs of needing my car back as soon as.

Very happy with the repair, George the mechanic was friendly, rang me first thing to arrange collection. He turned up on time, rang me with updates and brought the car back as soon as it was completed. No issues.

Communication with Motorata was not great. Booking a time slot through click mechanic wouldn’t guarantee that you are booked in at that time as the Motorata’s schedule didn’t automatically update. This resulted in my slot being double booked and me having to rebook the work through click mechanic after the money was held on my account! Oddly, Motorata accepted my booking the second time round.

I received my car back after the work was complete, only to find the front splitter wedged onto the kerb surrounding the parking spot… Further to that, there is a small marked indent on the leather of my drivers seat where I can only imagine something in the mechanic pocket had been wedged into the seat whilst driving…

Frustrating that no care had been taken during this process.
