Dean seemed ok but his time keeping was very poor.
He couldn't fix the fault at the time so agreed to return once we had the part. However after cancelling one visit and just not turning up the second time our car remains off the road 25 days later, currently disputing our bill in the resolution centre. Communication very poor for a professional person.

Dean responded quickly and carried out the work proficiently. I’ll be contacting him again if and when needed.

Dean was lovely! Very friendly and knowledgeable, he even came out to do my clutch in the dark and pouring rain. He also took the time to identify and address additional issues, which he resolved in a separate visit. While there were slight delays in his arrival within the selected time slots, he consistently made the effort to ensure the work was completely promptly and without disappointment.
