Brilliant, was running late due to traffic but rung me to let me know, work was completed fast

The car was checked 4 hours after the first scheduled time was made. When they came, I was told that the mechanic didn't have the part and would have to come back in 3 days. Fair enough. Then I was told on the day that I wouldn't be getting a visit because they had other jobs they had to do today.

Eventually, the work was done in a quick and timely manner, the next day, but it took 5 days of waiting for the work to be completed, a very last-minute cancellation and the mechanic was never on time each day.

Work was good but the timings were not. Booked a 10-12 slot and car was picked up at 1.40pm. It wasn’t delivered back until 7.35pm when it was due back at 4.30pm.

Ryan was great and went the extra mile to help me out. The repair was quick and well executed. I really appreciate that he managed to fit me in even though it meant a late finish for him (the job couldn't be done on the original booked date as the required part not available so Ryan managed to fit me in on the day the part arrived even though he was fully booked).

Guys seemed to know what they were doing, were happy to talk through what the issues were and worked conscientiously to complete the job.

Very happy, Dean was very helpful and saved me buying a car that would have needed a lot of work doing to it.

Very friendly, but failed to mention (until asked) that he wouldn't arrive within the allocated time slot, which meant rescheduling. He was on-time for the second appointment.
Partially identified the problem (electrical fault) but couldn't fix it.
Plans for follow-up action simply didn't happen.
ClikMechanic is a great concept, but it didn't work for me on this occasion. Maybe just unlucky with the circumstances...
