Jaz was very effective at communicating the status of the work and my car. They carried out an inspection of my vehicle and called me promptly when there was potentially additional costs. Lucky for me, it was not needed but it was great to have clear, precise communication throughout. The work was completed to a very good standard and I was impressed with the work completed and the way in which I was communicated with. I will be a repeat customer.

The mechanic did a decent job and tok the work with very short notice period. I was a little bit disappointed that the car wasn't taken for a test drive as that is one of the criteria for paying for the middle level pre-inspection - I believe this was down to a car insurance issue.

The mechanic tried to scam me. I ordered a serpentine belt tensioner replacement but he insisted that “it showed just the belt on his app”. Then he tried to convince me that a belt tensioner is just a belt. In the long run he ended up doing the job I ordered because I confronted him. He brought the belt with him and tried to sell it to me for double the price of the belts you can find online.

Very knowledgeable and efficient, they also made recommendations ahead of my MOT which was very helpful
