Jaz was friendly and knowledgeable, with correct information I can now get my car running as it should

Jaz was great, I was late getting home and he waited for me without complaint. Very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved.

It was not good experience. I need to go garage next day, but it was an easy spot issue of the corrosion battery lead. But the mobile mechanics are not providing any solution on it. I will never use the service again.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a call nor any advise on the vehicle. Never even spoke on the phone or any form of communication. Just took the money and nothing!!

Was really kind kept me updated, about arrival. Dealt with car as I was out so missus handed him a key , but he cracked on and by the time I got home had already diagnosed my car .

Jaz was terrific. Arrived on time at 5 pm as booked for the inspection less than 24 hours after my booking it online. He not only sent the report , but in response to my message to him asking if I could talk to him about the inspection and report the next day ,he called back that same evening at 9pm His report was extremely professional with excellent detail and photographs and he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions about the car and it’s report. His advice and knowledge was invaluable in helping me with my purchase. Thank you Jaz
