Mechanic was punctual, friendly and great at explaining what he was doing in great detail.

They seemed to be confident at diagnosing the fault and offered a price and date to fix the car In which I accepted. Unfortunately, this was where communication broke down. They stopped communicating and I was ghosted which left me baffled, I am no further forward due to this and was a complete waste of time and money.

I now need to pay for diagnostic once again, for that reason unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. I am sure they are very competent based on their previous reviews and my experience may just be one off.
