I had no issues with the quality of work with Andre but I found myself ringing him to chase him up to see when he would arrive, he was supposed to be with me between 14:00 and 16:00 on Saturday and text me at 15:00ish to ask if he could arrive on Sunday to carry out the work, he said he would be there within the time window as before, I text him on Sunday morning to see if he had an approx time he would arrive as I had things to do that day but had no reply, I waited around the house till 16:00 and then rang him to see where he was but he did not answer, I then received a text from him to say he wouldn't be there till between 18:00 and 19:00, I was basically sat around the house from 14:00 till 19:00 waiting on him to arrive with no confidence he would even turn up.

I noticed my discs urgently needed replacing and was struggling to get an appointment locally and unsure how I could get the car dropped off further afield.

Did a very good job ,explained very well when I asked questions. Come and told me when he found a couple other problems with my car. Very happy with work. Will happliy use again. Using click mechanic was very easy to use and convenient as you can get a mechanic to come to you.

Finished job was good. Day 1, mechanic said disks disks needed replacements too which was fine however for whatever reason he refused that day but still took 80% of the payment by changing the job to a ābrake checkā and then charging for the brake pads again on day 2 alongside the disks he said were needed. No garage in UK would treat the job like that and this is probably a click mechanic problem, but will still result in not using service again.

Hi Stephen. Thanks for your āfairā feedback. I just want to clarify this:
1. You booked a mobile service to your home address, and you booked a wrong service.
You booked just to replace the front brake pads, but apparently you needed the brake discs as well, because youāve been driving with a seized brake pad and it damaged the the disc as well, this is why your job has changed for a brake system inspection, and the price revised accordingly.
I have also inspected the rear brake discs and pads as part of the inspection and advised you that your rear brake pads are at the lowest limit 10-15% and you will need to replace them as well at the same time, if you donāt want the same problem to happen as the front ones.
2. I havenāt refused to change but as you have requested the job to be from 18-20:00 the store was already closed to purchase the parts, thatās why the job has been booked for the next day. As this is mobile service, there will also be a call out fee - inspection fee if the original job cannot be done due to wrong job booked by the customer, as we only bring the requested parts. Iām happy you were happy in the end. This is the most important thing. Have a good day

Turned up on time, but had the wrong parts. Went to collect the correct ones and all seems to be good so far.
