Andrei arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable. Although he couldn't fix it there and then he told me the parts I need. The only downside with Andrei was his communication he wasn't very responsive to txt messages and emails but other than that, I would highly recommend.

My car was not working, Starter motor replaced. Now it is working again . Good job.

Beyond the initial frustrations with the sourcing of parts which affected punctuality, Andrei and his "Robin" when they finally arrived did a very good job. He showed the defective parts which needed changing. They did their job without any fuss while I continued to work from home. The price for the service was no more than 50% of the quote from the dealer. I will certainly use ClickMechanic again.
