I thought that Andrei was excellent and I would highly recommend him. Andrei identified the problem with my car and went ahead and fixed it then and there. I was expecting for him to diagnose it and then we would have to arrange another time to get the fix done. The fact Andrei just went ahead and sorted it was brilliant and a big relief. To visit the website on Friday and get Andrei out and my car sorted by Monday night was excellent. Will definitely being using Click Mechanic again if required.

Andrei managed to diagnose the problem with my Peugeot 3008 and helped me order the part required. Unfortunately on his second visit the NOX sensor was siezed in the exhaust. A third visit was required once I had purchased the new exhaust. On his third visit he fitted the exhaust, the NOX sensor and reset the electronics.

Got held up on another job, but kept me informed and worked into the evening in sub zero temperatures to get me back on the road.

Very happy although a little after the slot time but he did offer the following day a little earlier time. Very knowledgeable, full clean in just over an hour. Good advice given re regenning the dpf .

Andrei had some car issues in the morning but let me know in very good time that he was going to be later than originally booked in for and messaged when he was on his way with an ETA. Arrived and got on with the job, very happy with is service.

10 minutes work but waited 7 hours after the pre arrange booked time. The price is inflated especially since I wasted my whole day which is worth a lot more then the amount I had to pay.

Booked for 8am-10am. Mechanic advised he had an issue with his gearbox so could he come in afternoon I agreed and asked when in the afternoon. 3 hours later I chased to know what time as he’d not replied. He then said between 4-6pm and I stated that he must be close to 4pm or I’d have to cancel, as I’ve delayed plans already. He agreed 4-4.30pm then arrived at 5 pm.

I had to cancel my plans and ask a friend to pick up our children.

Andrei did a great job and the van has been fine in the days since I’ve driven it. He also directed me to an other issue which would need fixing in future so that was appreciated also.
