First time to use Click mechanic, was buying a car and could not go and see or test drive.
Using Click mechanic to do a thorough vehicle check gave me peace of mind.

George was really courteous and knowledgeable about my car.
He would have scored 5 for punctuality but was stuck in an accident on the M6 through no fault of his own. He did however, text to say he would be a little late.
All in all great service.

George asked if he could arrive early which worked for me as I had some errands in the afternoon. He did a great job on my Audis front and rear pads and discs. He explained what to expect and how to break them in. I was worried that the quality of parts might differ from a garage having not used click mechanic before, but I was really pleased to see OEM parts put on the car. Fair price and a Saturday. Would recommend George and would use again.

George came earlier than booked but that was fine as I had nothing planned.
