George was fantastic from the first phone call. Honest and professional throughout. His report highlighted key issues which would otherwise of not been identified until after id bought the car. George was really courteous and knowledgeable about my car.
He would have scored 5 for punctuality but was stuck in an accident on the M6 through no fault of his own. He did however, text to say he would be a little late.
All in all great service.

George asked if he could arrive early which worked for me as I had some errands in the afternoon. He did a great job on my Audis front and rear pads and discs. He explained what to expect and how to break them in. I was worried that the quality of parts might differ from a garage having not used click mechanic before, but I was really pleased to see OEM parts put on the car. Fair price and a Saturday. Would recommend George and would use again.
