I was very impressed with Adrian. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. The battery was changed as required and all necessary checks were done. Very happy and grateful for this service. Would definitely use ClickMechanic again and would strongly recommend to friends.

Adrian was a lovely lad, however he turned up could not fix the car as it needed more work doing, a sensor was broken. Apparently the mechanic was going on holiday. Not sure why he turned up. He charged us basically to tell us he couldn't do the work. Worse, he promised to quote for the work for when he returned (suggested we call direct), and then never bothered to quote. Sadly support weren't much help either. Reallu wanted this service to help us. Couldn't recommend clickmechanic - Expected more.

Adrian arrived on time, clearly knows his job well and his experience shows. He kept me informed on the process while he worked as he could see that I was interested and he set my mind at ease very quickly. Adrian was great - got the problem fixed (which wasn't quite the problem I thought it was). He couldn't make it during the initial slot planned (which wasn't his fault - an issue with a part that hadn't arrived) but kept me posted as to progress and arrived later the same day. Worked efficiently. Friendly.
