very happy with the communication, more problems arouse from previous mechanic who fitted new engine with wrong parts. Quickly diagnosed the problem sourced the parts and got van back on road. 10/10

Adrian was a lovely lad, however he turned up could not fix the car as it needed more work doing, a sensor was broken. Apparently the mechanic was going on holiday. Not sure why he turned up. He charged us basically to tell us he couldn't do the work. Worse, he promised to quote for the work for when he returned (suggested we call direct), and then never bothered to quote. Sadly support weren't much help either. Reallu wanted this service to help us. Couldn't recommend clickmechanic - Expected more.
