I haven’t been home so my girlfriend gave him access to to car. All that time he willingly communicated with me by phone and have to say he did his job very well because next day we were travel to Czech Republic (1000mil) and there isn’t any issues with cooling system he fixed.

Tricky to evaluate price without others to compare to - possibly a touch on the steep side (£298 all in for the diagnostics and then replacement of VW ignition coil and three spark plugs). Maybe that’s standard for a call-out job, I don’t know. But writing it here gives a flavour for others to judge.

Overall pleased with the service though.
