No, I am not happy at all. He found a stone in the brake disc on the front passenger side and removed it and said that if the squeaking carried on the I would need to get the brake pad and disc replaced and gave me a quote.

The car carried on squeaking and I took it to a local garage. ALL the brake pads and discs needed replacing and the back passenger side caliper was sticking out.

I paid for a diagnosis which I didn't actually get, just part of the whole picture.

I could have accepted his quote and had the front passenger side brake pad and disc replace and the car would still have been squeaking.

He clearly did not carry out a proper inspection on the car or he would have seen the caliper was sticking out and ALL the discs and pads needed replacing.

I would request a refund as he was paid to carry out a diagnostic check, which he clearly did not do properly. Read more

Clickmechanic can you do a special review for this guy ? Like 7 stars? For the same job Mr cluch told me that they change the cluch in 48 hours!! This man did a super perfect job in less then 6 hours!! On time , friendly and profesional!!! GOAT!!
