Extremely professional, very friendly and polite! Communication was very easy and no nonsense. I asked if there was something to be done in the engine, Shpetim explained very clearly what he thought was needed and I got an email with the quote straight away. No BS at all! First time ever I paid for the parts what they actually cost!
